Job Description:
- Technically manages the design, planning and implementation of the B2B security solutions for Etisalat customers.
- Technically manages Etisalat B2B Security offers.
- Technically manages Etisalat B2B Security budget.
Responsibilities:
- Technically manages the design of internal B2B Network security solutions and establishing security plans and recommendations to ensure a reliable and secure network.
- Identifies the current and future technical requirements and advise the need for new solutions.
- Assesses all new products & services from a security perspective and propose proper security requirements for it.
- Technically manages the design of Etisalat security proposals in B2B RFPs
- Technically manages the capacity planning of Etisalat B2B Network security devices and software to ensure enough capacity so as not to affect the running services on the security devices.
- Assesses needed expansions in B2B security solutions to cover the forecast of B2B traffic.
- Plans for B2B Network security budget and conduct contracts’ technical negotiations.
- Initiates & evaluates RFPs/RFEs/RFQs for any B2B security project.
- Technically manages the installation, implementation and integration phase for any new Etisalat B2B Network security solution.
- Technically manages the installation, implementation and integration of new Etisalat B2B solution for B2B customers.
- Ensures that Etisalat new implementations comply with security standards including (ISO & PCI) requirements.
- Technically manages the evaluation of B2B demand projects proposed design and putting the proper security design for it.
- Builds Security as a service portfolio, to fulfill Etisalat customers security needs and overcome new threats.
- Closely Supports Etisalat Presales and business development teams in introducing, promoting and customizing market leader Managed Security Services portfolio for Etisalat Misr.
- Supports Etisalat Presales team in providing financial offer for security services.
- Provides consultancy for security services to B2B customers.
- Ensures documentation for solutions diagrams & design.
- Studies latest technologies and solutions to be able to propose best security solutions for Etisalat customers.
- Performs proof of concept to security solutions to check if they are matching Etisalat customers’ needs.
- Monitors Contractual Agreements for evaluating and monitoring contracts to ensure vendors comply with supporting contractual terms and conditions.
- Technically manages Relationships and playing the role of an advocate of the vendor to the internal management of his company. He may adopt such strategies as vendor service offerings to develop and maintain a strategic relationship with suppliers.
- Evaluates outsourcing management services performance.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s security offers comply with Flag & Host State regulatory requirements.
- Ensures that Etisalat new B2B implementations comply with security standards requirements.
Qualifications Essential:
- University Degree in: BSC in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer science.
- Minimum 7 years’ Experience.
- Good knowledge of different security devices including: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/ Prevention Systems, Antivirus...
- Fast learner and reader with the ability to understand diverse technologies.
- Very Good Computer skills.
- Very Good in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Oral).
- Area of Experience: Security.
Qualifications Desirable:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Network and Systems security in large corporate environment.
- Needs to have an in-depth knowledge of the business and the services the organization provide in order to establish security protocols.
- Follow security projects implementation lifecycle of security projects capability.
Experience Essential:
- Security training about information security solutions.
- Different security certificates from common security vendors.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA.
- Different security courses.
- Project management skills.
