Responsibilities
:
Recruitment and Staffing
- Liaising with the Talent Acquisition Lead to ensure smooth hire process, producing the Job offer and contract
- Creates job requisition for internal and external vacancies within Gulf and Lebanon and also for potential vacancies communicated to us within the Middle East cluster Coordinate with candidates for successful on-boarding procedures
- Coordinates with hiring manager and TA on hiring requirements
On-boarding & Off-Boarding
- Prepare contract and enroll in social insurance
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate all logistics for the on-boarding of new employees to ensure smooth entry
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
- Preparation of end of service compensation
- Update all HR records to reflects joiners and leavers
Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare offers for new joiners, transfers, promotions, internal moves
- Timely management and processing of monthly payroll and sales incentive on semester basis for the Gulf and Lebanon team
- Processing the non-sales bonus Monthly tracking and reporting of Head counts and managing personnel costs budget submission and review with Finance Apply the yearly merit increases for all staff Implement and annually updates compensation program
- Conduct annual salary surveys, analysis and review salary/allowance ranges for the Middle East countries
- Timely management and reviewing of the payroll for the outsourced employees
- Responsible of Payroll Process (for Gulf and Lebanon), ensuring the updating of salary and allowances upon change or promotion
Policies & Regulations
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department in conjunction with the Head of HR – ME.
- Drafting of policies and procedures as well as ensuring proper implementation.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
Performance Management
- Manage the end to end performance management process for Gulf and Lebanon in partnership with the Head of HR – ME and line managers
- Work closely with Line Managers to ensure submission of PMPs in a timely manner as well as ensuring they are Smartly stated
- Facilitate process trainings with employees and line managers
HR Operations
- First point of contact for HR related matters Ensuring that all core processes and day-to-day activities are developed and delivered to execution level
- Consistently manage the HRIS System (Adrenalin and Workday), by tracking leave, system maintenance and update to ensure accurate data.
- Monitor leave management system and perform necessary changes and updates on regular basis Responsible for preparing the required document for DWTC sponsorship and immigration requirement (employment visas) through the local company representative that liaises with DWTC Government Services.
- Facilitating all human resources and talent management, attraction and retention issues to achieve companywide objectives
- Maintain and updated Employee files to ensure complete set of documentations
Employee Relations
- Responsible for all HR documentations (Salary certificates, NOC, and other governmental requirements)
- Assist in developing and implementing coordinated strategies, policies, plans and procedures
- Management of exit process and closure of full and final settlement for all exit cases
- Managing transfer out and transfer in cases both in terms of system updates as well as manual documentation
- Provide business partner support with employees and line managers within the Gulf and Lebanon
- Ensure strict adherence to local and regional labor laws as well as internal regulations
Project Management
- Managing HR projects within the Middle East Plan and executive the Middle East onboarding programs for all the new joiners
- Review processes and manage improvements
- Managing HR communications on various HR initiatives, projects and plans
- Manage adhoc programs to be rolled out locally as communicated from Takeda ICMEA area office or global functions
Qualifications
:
Education
- Degree holder in any discipline from a renowned university
Relevant Experiences
- 3 - 5 years of HR experience with excellent data management, excel, analytical skills.
- Data management/analytical /HRIS background is a definite asset
- Excellent MS Office (specifically Excel) skills
