Job description:
- Plan and coordinate all sample handling and showroom preparation tasks for both brands, adidas and Reebok and secure effective and efficient Go-to-Market (GTM) process and milestone execution for related field.
Responsibilities:
- Plan GTM timelines for sample handling and showroom preparation tasks
- Manage E2E sample handling process including Sample Warehouse Management and Sample requests
- Support Sample Sales
- Manage E2E showroom preparation process and coordinate with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams
- Ensure timely readiness of sample and showroom preparations for Sell-in meetings
- Support hiring process of showroom team leaders and helpers, train the team and manage schedule, tasks, and timelines
- Facilitate Showroom Cost Center Budget planning, create Purchase Orders and work with Invoicing Portal
- Assist with other Marketing Operations related tasks
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Structured and organised way of working
- Project Management skills
- Pro-active, collaborative, and positive attitude
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field
- experience in operational driven environment / project management required
- Fluent in English
