Job Description:
- Responsible for setting vision, aligning priorities, developing cross-portfolio customer insights, articulating marketing strategies and tactics for distribution channels, retail, chain pharmacies and private hospitals.
- Also leading and coordinating sales, marketing, promotional, awareness and educational programs and activities across the designated portfolio and across all key relevant customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure close and effective cross functional collaboration to share retial customer insights that support brand portfolio positioning strategies at the retail front wherever applicable.
- Manage and maximize P&L of the designated portfolio through proper simulation of Portfolio Prioritization and Resource Optimization driving and maximizing top and bottom line growth.
- In addition will also explore, assess and excute key strategic partnerships and/or alliances that would help differential positioning of PBG portfolio and business in the evolving retial sector.
Responsibilities
:
- Develops sales and marketing strategies unique to the needs of the category, the sector and it’s relavant stakholders to maximize the patient positive impact and ensure growth, revenue and profit targets are met.
- Leads the planning, design and drives effective execution of promotional activities, campaigns, POAs, programs, tactics and customer engagement plans in a well aligned and integrated approach.
- P&L management of the designated portfolio, identify and leverage synergies across porfolios, within the retail space Ensure timeous, high quality execution of in-market channel plans, as well as the delivery of materials to support the multichannel activities and communication.
- Drive evolution of commercial model, through collaboration with brand marketing Manage the operating plan process for the different retial channels ensuring an lignment with local and regional guidance and plans where appropriate Leads and coaches a high performing sales and retail team and develop colleagues in line with the Pfizer core competencies and capabilities development models while building, shaping and aligning the most appropriate culture Reviews, designs, implements and monitors the effectiveness of the Sales and retail Team through proper lavarging of sales and non sales KPIs Strategic Collaboration and partnership with with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure short and long term goals of the category are met Ensures high standards of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures and instills a proactive compliance risk management culture throughout his/her direct team and the x-functional organization Role models Pfizer culture an values with visible and inspirational leadership focused on compliance and integrity A key member of Egypt’s leadership team contributing to the overall success of Pfizer in the country
Qualifications:
- Medical / Science background Bachelor degree required.
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, marketing background with proven track record in leading marketing planning and execution is a plus
- Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal cross functions such as market Access, H&V/Pricing, Medical, KAMs, GCO, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, HR and Legal
- Leading high performing teams by winning in the right way
- Business and financial acumen, ability to read and lead category P&L
- Fluent written and spoken English and local language
