Job Description:
- You will be working as a Sales Specialist and will be the part of Motion Business Area for Motors & Generators Division based in Cairo, Egypt.
- In this role you will be reporting to Local Business Area Manager and will be responsible for planning and ensuring execution of the MG BL and KMG PG sales strategy for assigned area (ENCA), to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems in a profitable way.
- You will also be supporting LMG Division Manager by leading the sales of LMG Motors focusing on defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies specifically aimed at developing into markets, segments, and other future strategic areas.
- Setting and implementing with the LMG business plans, annual sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
- Empowering access and communications with key customer stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers (including consultants).
- You will be accountable for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area; proactively leading and developing the Marketing & Sales process; Responsible developing and managing the marketing and sales action plans to both achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, to exceed the sales targets through high performance and to ensure very high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Contributing to Local Division or business strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets in W&WW , COG and F&B segments, and/or solutions. Analyzing customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market.
- Ensuring an effective sales operation either directly with end customers or in collaboration with Channel partners for example ensuring that the targets are achieved, both in regards to sales volumes and profitability.
- Ensuring the development of marketing and sales plan areas in alignment with the LBL manger strategy and market. Implementing the sales and marketing plans with the MO team.
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area, determining plans for acquisition and allocating resources, and participating in the definition of partnership agreements.
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and ensuring efficient marketing communications.
- Developing large projects, via very good awareness of the customer, understanding the underlying customer needs and identifying new business possibilities, as well as maximizing the potential with existing customers.
- Monitoring client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams and FC. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 2-7 years of experience in the sales field.
- Motors industry background is a must.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required French is preferable.
