Job description:
- Oversee the purchase of technical equipment & services for industrial operations, collaborate with Plant planners & designers to determine the equipment needed to complete manufacturing or construction projects according to specifications, research market vendors, issue purchase orders & follow with Finance to complete purchasing process & item delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Know about the equipment, materials, and supplies frequently used in the industry and their suppliers.
- Evaluate new and existing suppliers, subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements before final deals.
- Procure equipment, materials, and systems complying with industrial defined quality and specification requirements.
- Procure materials and subcontract in a timely manner within the approved budget cost.
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program.
- Ensure compliance with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.
- Prepare documentation for internal process as per ISO standards.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Maintain company reputation and credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment.
- Generate PO for services and materials requested.
- Conduct vendor evaluation and registration.
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree of Engineering Major Mechanical
- Relevant experience/ awareness in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Excellent analytical & planning and organizing skills. (MS. Office is a must)

الوظيفة (أخصائي مشتريات فى شركة العامرية للصناعات الدوائية ) ومتطلبات الوظيفة كالتالى:
- يفضل أن يكون حاصل على بكالوريوس هندسة تخصص ميكانيكيا
- الخبرة / الوعي في مجال صناعة الأدوية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتخطيطية وتنظيم ممتازة. (MS. Office أمر لا بد منه)
والمهام الوظيفية:
- التعرف على المعدات والمواد والإمدادات المستخدمة بشكل متكرر في الصناعة ومورديها.
- تقييم الموردين الجدد والحاليين والمقاولين من الباطن والتفاوض بشأن اتفاقيات الشراء قبل الصفقات النهائية.
- شراء المعدات والمواد والأنظمة التي تتوافق مع متطلبات الجودة والمواصفات الصناعية المحددة.
- شراء المواد والتعاقد من الباطن في الوقت المناسب ضمن تكلفة الميزانية المعتمدة.
- ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد للمعدات والمواد لأعمال التثبيت في موقع الدعم وفقًا لبرنامج العمل المعتمد.
- ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات والسياسات المعتمدة من قبل الإدارة فيما يتعلق بالوقت والتكلفة والجودة.
- إعداد الوثائق للعملية الداخلية وفقًا لمعايير ISO.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- الحفاظ على سمعة الشركة ومصداقيتها من خلال التعامل العادل والسداد الفوري.
- توليد أوامر الشراء للخدمات والمواد المطلوبة.
- إجراء تقييم البائعين والتسجيل.
