Role description:
- Managing technical regulations activities related to NTRA Quality reports, Crisis and disaster management and BCP with NTRA.
- Handling jointly with NTRA and technology teams all interference related escalations from both sides.
- Proactive engagement with National Telecom Regulator.
- Work on promoting internal understanding and appreciation of the regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the key external and internal stakeholders associated with EMF and ensure that effective relationships are established with those stakeholders.
- Managing the crisis & disaster management SMS notifications project with IDSC and NTRA.
- Managing and Governing the workflows related to the recent Network Quality penalty scheme with Technology (CE) and NTRA.
- Governing all report requirements related to the Network quality NTRA agreement, including outages SMS notification.
- Handling all spectrum interference incidents escalated by Technology (Radio) to NTRA concerned teams aligning with other Operators if needed.
- Handling both VIP and NTRA coverage complaints through aligning with Technology department and providing feedback on the relief of these complaints. Arranging for RF repeater installation where applicable.
- Handling all Numbering requests from NTRA with internal Technology teams and vice versa.
- Handling all Links approvals (Microwave and PreWimax) related to Enterprise business solutions with NTRA
- Handling all E band links approvals with NTRA and Technology department
Requirements:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of organizational regulatory role and objectives
- Capable of adapting quickly to a dynamic rapidly changing environment
- A proven record of managing partners and accounts.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- BSc of Engineering/telecommunication
- Minimum of 0-1 years of telecom industry experience, Technical knowledge is a must.
- Excellent Relationship/ account management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge GSM network structure and Networks fundamentals
- Good knowledge of Telecom technologies
- Advanced PC skills (Ms office)
- Ability to work/manage cross functional tasks and projects
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.

والمهام الوظيفية:
- تحديد أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين والداخليين الرئيسيين المرتبطين بالمجالات الكهرومغناطيسية والتأكد من إقامة علاقات فعالة مع أصحاب المصلحة هؤلاء.
- إدارة مشروع إشعارات الرسائل القصيرة الخاصة بإدارة الأزمات والكوارث مع مركز المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار والجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات.
- إدارة وتنظيم سير العمل المتعلق بخطة عقوبة جودة الشبكة الحديثة مع التكنولوجيا (CE) والجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات.
- تنظيم جميع متطلبات التقارير المتعلقة باتفاقية جودة الشبكة ، بما في ذلك إخطار الرسائل القصيرة بالانقطاع.
- التعامل مع جميع حوادث تداخل الطيف التي تصعدها التكنولوجيا (الراديو) للفرق المعنية بالجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات والمحاذاة مع المشغلين الآخرين إذا لزم الأمر.
- التعامل مع شكاوى التغطية لكبار الشخصيات والجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات من خلال التوافق مع إدارة التكنولوجيا وتقديم الملاحظات بشأن تخفيف هذه الشكاوى. الترتيب لتركيب مكرر الترددات اللاسلكية حيثما أمكن ذلك.
- التعامل مع جميع طلبات الترقيم من الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات مع فرق التكنولوجيا الداخلية والعكس.
- التعامل مع جميع موافقات الوصلات (ميكروويف و PreWimax) المتعلقة بحلول أعمال الشركات مع الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات
- التعامل مع جميع موافقات وصلات النطاق E مع إدارة الجهاز والتكنولوجيا
