Job Purpose:
- Market Treasury & Capital Markets (TCM) products and services to CIBG clients.
- Coordinate with CIBG relationship teams and TCM trading teams to identify business leads thereby increasing client base, deal flow and TCM revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying TCM opportunities in assigned CIBG Divisions and determining size of Treasury Wallet for each client
- Maintaining close interaction with Finance Managers/CFOs/Accounting Dept. personnel of target customer base to ensure in-depth understanding of their businesses thereby ensuring effective and timely delivery of TCM products and services.
- Coordinating with TCM trading teams and CIBG relationship teams to provide tailor made solutions to clients
- Ensure adequate client coverage for all clients via a pre-planned calling program to market TCM products and services in line with the “Agile” structural sales process.
- Conduct periodic sales review meetings with CIBG units to find ways to increase TCM business and widen client base
- Monitor client flows on a monthly basis and take appropriate action to maximize client coverage
Requirements:
- 1 -2 years relevant Treasury sales experience
- Sound knowledge of all plain vanilla TCM products and services
- High levels of interpersonal skills, communication, coordination, lateral thinking and analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player
