Microsoft Saudi Arabia Jobs | Senior SAP Customer Engineer

Responsibilities:

Areas of responsibility include:

- Directly engage with customers and partners to validate migration new and existing Solutions for migration solutions; accelerate the customers project, provide knowledge and insight to build the customers confidence

-  Drive product improvement by capturing product related feedback that can be triaged by the relevant Product teams.

Qualifications :

Required Skills:
- Practical hands on experience installing and migrating SAP across multiple databases including SAP HANA with Linux and Windows preferably in public cloud.
- Experience of sizing and defining Azure Storage, Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines for SAP
- Experience in architecting and delivering high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for databases and SAP applications.
- An understanding of Azure fundamentals, such as Governance, Security & Monitoring.

Desirable additional Skills:
- Automation and scripting of SAP deployments for database and application.

Qualifications Required:
- Experience working with enterprise customers on Azure specific SAP solutions, application design and deployment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers, possess an understanding of the onboarding process and demonstrate a vision for the future of Microsoft support.
- Excellent customer service skills, good oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations; to lead projects and to motivate others.
- Consulting and/or Delivery experience
