Job Purpose:
- Manage and implement all online activity on foundation in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, propositions projects, Enablers, testing, reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion
- Manage all projects testing and reporting
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Work with the marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Online Shop with all tools needed from IT to enhance performance
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance
- Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages’ development
- Perform analytics and maintenance large database across different industries;
- Carry out issue identification and analysis techniques, such as funnel analysis and root cause analysis, to help identify issues and propose solutions.
- Plan, design and develop dashboards, ongoing reporting and segmentation strategies.
- Design, implement and improve KPI & SLA reports.
- Responsible on Pickup from store nationwide performance and insure that customer requirement is full filed for tangible and intangible
- Handle customer complains after order took place
- Monitor and enhance E-commerce foundation performance.
- Develop internal and external processes for business workflow.
- Insure high customer experience in all operations factors.
- Report on all the above business streams in different forums dashboards.
- Manage E-shop display for all portfolio.
- Manage Inventory aging and work on clearing all aged stock.
- Monitor customer experience life cycle.
Education:
- University Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Telecom or E-Commerce
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Arabic
Skills & Abilities:
- (Area of experience) Telecommunication Industry, Market Communication.
- Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel and Power point is a must.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good negotiator with solid understanding of the merit behind win-win outcome.
- High business sense and ownership.
- Strong analytical skills
- MBA is a plus
- Digital background
- E-Commerce knowledge
- Technical Product Knowledge
