Role Description:
- Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
- These jobs also troubleshoot and investigate more complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line, and rearrange work plans and resources accordingly.
Responsiblities:
- Participates in the development and implementation of functional SOPs to ensure all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled.
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures.
- Coordinates with other internal departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.
- Communicates externally with suppliers to ensure that materials are supplied in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assists quality and plant management in investigations and prepares incidents reports when the need rises
- Monitors and follows up on production KPIs and work plans to ensure that the approved target is met.
- Troubleshoots and investigates more complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line, and rearranges work plans and resources accordingly to ensure continuity of operations.
- Reviews and verifies the data entered on SAP and paper systems by lower level jobs to ensure that information is accurate and reliable.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Sterile Pharmaceutical background is a must.

- التواصل خارجيًا مع الموردين لضمان توفير المواد في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة فعالة.
- مساعدة الجودة وإدارة المصنع في التحقيقات وإعداد تقارير الحوادث عند الحاجة
- مراقبة ومتابعة الإنتاج KPIs وخطط العمل لضمان تحقيق الهدف المعتمد.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتحقيق في قضايا التصنيع الأكثر تعقيدًا والحوادث ومشاكل الموثوقية على خط الإنتاج ، وإعادة ترتيب خطط العمل والموارد وفقًا لذلك لضمان استمرارية العمليات.
- مراجعة والتحقق من البيانات المدخلة على أنظمة SAP والورق من خلال وظائف المستوى الأدنى لضمان دقة المعلومات وموثوقيتها.
- الالتزام بجميع إجراءات السلامة والجودة والصحة والبيئة ذات الصلة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
