Responsibilities:
- Inspect and check documentation and verify job number matches the allocated motors or components and transfer to the designated work area operating forklifts, overhead cranes and other handling equipment.
- Inspect the insulation and coil design and measure and record all the required dimensional information of the stator such as coil overhang, connection details etc. on the appropriate documents.
- Cross reference with the relevant OEM specifications and liaise with relevant departments to confirm the required pre manufactured coils and insulation are either in stock or are have been ordered accordingly.
- Inspect stator after burn off, stripping and cleaning cycle particularly stator lamination for any hot spots, burned areas or fused plates and mark, record and report findings to electrical supervisor.
- Select the appropriate pre manufactured coils and insulation materials and install into the stator slots in the approved OEM sequence and wedge down with additional insulation as and when required.
- Cut, bend, stagger, connect and high frequency weld all coil tails to form a neat and the compact coil head as per approved OEM specifications and tolerances and connect and solder the lead wires for the terminal box.
- Test the windings for motor house clearances, grounds and short circuits using the appropriate tooling and test equipment to test insulation and resistance in line with ISO and OEM process and procedures.
- Prepare the rewound and tested stator for VPI varnish impregnation in the VPI tank and cure in the curing oven in line with ISO and OEM specifications, process and procedures.
- Ensure that all related paperwork, checklists and reports are accurately completed and submitted and comply with all company QHSE, equipment, tooling and housekeeping policies, practices and procedures.
- Contribute to the team ethic and perform other reasonable duties as required in support of the business and maybe required to work off site in support of business activities
Requirements:
- Ideally you'll hold an Electrical Diploma, or its equivalent qualification, with 10 Years in rewinding of motors & generators
- Fluent in English communication is required.

- دبلوم كهربائي ، أو مؤهل معادل له ، مع ١٠ سنوات في إعادة لف المحركات والمولدات
- مطلوب إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
والمهام الوظيفية:
- فحص الوثائق والتحقق منها وتحقق من تطابق رقم الوظيفة مع المحركات أو المكونات المخصصة ونقلها إلى منطقة العمل المخصصة لتشغيل الرافعات الشوكية والرافعات العلوية ومعدات المناولة الأخرى.
- فحص تصميم العزل والملف وقياس وتسجيل جميع معلومات الأبعاد المطلوبة للعضو الثابت مثل بروز الملف وتفاصيل التوصيل وما إلى ذلك في المستندات المناسبة.
- مرجع متقاطع مع مواصفات OEM ذات الصلة والاتصال بالإدارات ذات الصلة للتأكد من أن الملفات والعزل المطلوب تصنيعها مسبقًا إما في المخزون أو تم طلبه وفقًا لذلك.
- فحص الجزء الثابت بعد دورة الحرق والتعرية والتنظيف خاصةً تصفيح الجزء الثابت بحثًا عن أي نقاط ساخنة أو مناطق محترقة أو ألواح مدمجة ووضع علامة على النتائج وتسجيلها وإبلاغ المشرف الكهربائي بها.
- حدد الملفات ومواد العزل المناسبة المصنعة مسبقًا وقم بتثبيتها في فتحات الجزء الثابت في تسلسل OEM المعتمد وقم بالإسفين بعزل إضافي عند الاقتضاء.
- قص وثني وترتيب وتوصيل ولحام جميع ذيول الملف عالية التردد لتشكيل رأس ملف أنيق ومضغوط وفقًا لمواصفات OEM المعتمدة والتفاوتات وتوصيل أسلاك التوصيل ولحامها للصندوق الطرفي.
- اختبار اللفات من أجل تصاريح بيت المحرك والأرضيات والدوائر القصيرة باستخدام الأدوات المناسبة ومعدات الاختبار لاختبار العزل والمقاومة بما يتماشى مع إجراءات وإجراءات ISO و OEM.
- تحضير الجزء الثابت الذي تم إعادة لفه واختباره لتشريب الورنيش VPI في خزان VPI وعلاجه في فرن المعالجة بما يتماشى مع مواصفات وعمليات وإجراءات ISO و OEM.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأعمال الورقية وقوائم المراجعة والتقارير ذات الصلة يتم إكمالها وتقديمها بدقة والامتثال لجميع سياسات وممارسات وإجراءات الشركة QHSE والمعدات والأدوات والتدبير المنزلي.
- المساهمة في أخلاقيات الفريق وأداء واجبات معقولة أخرى كما هو مطلوب لدعم الأعمال وربما يكون مطلوبًا للعمل خارج الموقع لدعم الأنشطة التجارية
