Role description:
- Accountable for all VF Communication of any commercial /non-commercial proposition ensuring its alignment and integrity with the Marketing strategic priorities, Vodafone Egypt, and VFG.
- Building and delivering best in class communication targeting, capabilities, and execution practices that increase channel profitability and ROI attached with best customer experience across all VF communication Channels.
- Responsible for delivering a diverse range of end to end capabilities projects to help the business meet its strategic objectives & aggressive growth targets attached with relevant reports.

Overall responsibilities:
- Manage projects with 4 different vendors with its related operations aligned with VF objectives with go /no go approach.
- Ensure that campaigns are efficiently having the right channel mix of activities, volume, targets using all different channel (inbound & outbound), based on the budget and the marketing plans
- Carry out the Communication contact strategy
- Manage the commercial communication campaigns calendars, execution and reporting with the detailed plans directly with all segments owners to prepare the required support as a Fundamental partner in achieving their KPI’s in Acquisition, Revenue generation & Churn enhancement:
- Partially responsible for gaining an annual revenue across all activities through call out channel
- Partially responsible for gaining an annual revenue across all activities through SMS, Mini-Call & IVR
- monitoring of all campaign-related financial impacts & profitability.
- Identify Improvement areas in all communication Customer Experience and manage to determine if new or updated functionality is needed.
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize and execute strategic communication projects across all different departments.
- Involvement in the early stages of commercial propositions’ design as a key enabler for building world class propositions across all communication channels
- Enabling the end to end concept across activities to ensure the speed & time to market.
- Manage the whole campaigns development, validation & execution processes.
- The only focal point of customer contact activity (across all channels, and being the owner of the relationship with the product and proposition owners and the channels).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Communication planning & Reporting:
- Managing vendors with total 500 headcount employees to achieve the DB targets
- Fully accountable of the campaign planning cycle in terms of customer criteria; targeting approaches, proposition details; channel fulfilment & agreed on priorities.
- Designing communication plan for all activities.
- Owning the End to End communication experience for the new/current commercial propositions.
- Analyse key indicators and benchmarks vs. the competition or VF group and supports the operational & commercial teams with analysis & voice of customer in addition to ideas for better experience
- Manage the design & the content of all the Scripts and make sure its consistently across all different channels.
- Continuously working to develop the current call out staff quality of knowledge and the current data base through ongoing training & innovative communication methods.
- Own and manage the CVM daily & monthly reporting.
- Make sure that all campaigns running are the most profitable campaigns and / or strategic with the highest impact required.
- Providing regular input on all activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Responsible and assist with campaign communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on campaign deliverables and revenue
- Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
- Works closely with the operations team in order to maintain a continuous working knowledge of current activity in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the client’s business and campaigns.
Communication development, validation & execution
- Execution with the needed validation for all campaigns.
- Proactively address potential/future risks that arise during the development & recommend corrective actions approved by the owner.
- Continuously designing, updating and running outbound /inbound campaigns to meet new commercial requirements
- Ensure offer compatibility to potential target customers.
- Brief channels on new/changed offers and follow up on execution
- Review results to identify potential enhancements
- Adheres to standard logic processes and quality assurance including the documentation and confirmation sign off procedures around each campaign.
- Works with senior team members to ensure systems availability, performance & reporting are at acceptable level within agreed SLA.
- Ensures that campaign issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Owner of any problems that may arise.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
