Job Description:
- Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs and work orders and other operating reports for utilities equipment in the facility.
- Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revises instructions and time frames as necessary.
- Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures.
- Provide engineering and technical services to support the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems.
- Works with the utilities manager to implement programs and projects aimed at achieving departmental mission and long-term objectives. Assists in the overall planning, organization and management of all aspects of utility operations, including general administration, budgeting, planning, and policy development.
- Works with field superintendents to ensure coordinated work assignments and project planning related to the operation, maintenance and construction of mechanical, water and wastewater systems.
- Works with the utilities manager to establish and implement well-defined emergency and contingency plans and procedures. Responds to utility emergencies as necessary
- Oversees the preparation of plans and specifications, engineering studies, cost estimates, and material procurement.
- Compiles information and projections to aid in the preparation of annual budget requests. Monitors established budget and utilizes authorized budgetary and purchasing procedure.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
Skills:
PC skills (MS office package).
Language Proficiency:
good command of both Arabic & English Languages (spoken and written).
Preferred Candidate:
Years of Experience : ( Min: 5 , Max: 7)
