Responsibilities:
- Extraordinary ability in using the Adobe creative suite software (3D software is a plus)
- Understand objectives, synthesize project needs and ideate concepts that meet business, brand marketing and communication goals.
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
- Extraordinary, out of the box creative design taste & skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
- Effectively communicates (verbally & written) with internal & external stakeholders across all levels
works well with others to deliver results & keep others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
- Capability to develop and visualize concepts through hand sketching or computer software
- Great passion for new & creative trends
- Ability to work smoothly with a fast-paced interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrate clear “point of view” relating to their design
Requirements:
- 3+ years of brand design experience.
- Degree in Design is a must
- Can work under pressure
- Photography is a plus
- Portfolio required
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Highly collaborative
- Excellent communication skills
