Job Description:
- Manage and stimulate international usage and revenues through identifying the potential gap to enhance customer experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and launch promotions and propositions, that would increase revenues, enhance customer experience and/or enhance etisalat image in the market
- Perform required analysis on product performance and reporting of results to management
- Target international and non-international users with value propositions, in order to increase the international penetration within the base and enhance
usage
- Lead, plan and execute CLM and BTL initiatives from the international team side, ensuring maximum revenue and customer benefit for all segments
- Identify potential revenue gaps and propose below and above the line moves that would fill the gaps and thus add value to the KPIs
- Lead the development and management of the International Reporting system within the team and cross-functionally
- Analyze and report Incoming International stream
- Responsible for achieving the KPIs set by the management, regarding the products managed
- Ensure short and long term positive returns of the products
Qualifications & Experience Essential
:
- Very good Analytical skills and advanced use of excel
- Very good Presentation skills
- Business major or relevant major
- 3 to 5 Years of experience.
- MBA is a plus
Desirable qualifications and experience:
- Identify potential revenue gaps and propose below and above the line moves that fill the gaps to maintain accuracy
- Prepare and launch promotions and propositions, that would increase revenue to ensure development for income and outgoing international business
- Handle CLM and BTL initiatives from the international team side to ensure customer benefits
- Perform required analysis on product performance and reporting of results to management keep them updated
- Direct the development and management of the international reporting system within the team and cross functionally to maintain workforce
- Handle incoming and outgoing international system and identify new opportunities to enhance our services
