Overview :
The Business Insights Manager is accountable for transforming Business insights into a source of competitive advantage for Egypt region.This role will provide advanced analytical expertise so the Egypt Region and Bottling Partners can derive business insights and recommendations from internal and external data through acting as one source of truth.
Key responsibilities:
- Link external, macroeconomic and competitor context and insight to business performance to facilitate decision making and drive the business forward.
- Align and track KPIs with leadership, brand and franchise operations teams and measure/track impact of relevant ABP marketing activity, brand performance and innovations in order to lead identification of issues and opportunities to drive growth and ongoing course correction
- Support the strategic and annual business planning process through facilitating communication and coordination across the functions in addition to cascading BU & Corporate processes to ensure smooth & timely BP delivery
- Optimize the report & routine matrix in Egypt to integrate value adding routines cross functionally and across the system and optimize the reporting process to provide the required analytical input to facilitate decision making
- Build true partner relationships with Egypt Region leadership, brand, shopper marketing, franchise operations, finance and bottler teams in order to drive insights into action
- Define action standards to ensure the measurement and evaluation of all Core & Emerging activity against clear KBIs in order to drive continuous improvement on return on investment
- Support the business reviews development to support General Management, BU & Corporate in evaluating and tracking the business
Analysis:
- Understand trends and develop strategies to address and capture opportunities.
- Allocation of resources, Financial, People, Assets etc.
- Align KO marketing, KO operation and Bottler interests: it is necessary to promote a collaborative environment, teamwork and think rationally to get to effective solutions
- Create an entrepreneur culture to become agile and competitive against small and fast players
- Develop good relationships and communication with peers and strategic network in the Bottler. Be on top of processes internally and within the Bottlers to anticipate risks and recommend/take actions accordingly
- Take the right choices and picking the most impactful actions to leverage results, even when don’t have ideal resources.

Profile:
- A strong mathematical/statistical background with the ability transform data into meaningful Insight
- Significant experience of delivering insights from sales and retail audit data, undertaking performance evaluation and promotional forecasting
