As an OTC LDL Support you will get the chance to work alongside a highly experienced technical team in the SAP Implementation project. You will get the opportunity to support the Sales Domain Leader in the OTC module and increase your technical experience in that area.
About the job:
As an OTC LDL Support, you will be doing the following activities:
- Developing business cases.
- Providing support to senior business analysts.
- Documenting and analyzing existing business processes.
- Documenting business and technical requirements.
- Presentations to peers and senior stakeholders.
- Implementing, testing and deploying solutions to business issues.
About you:
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Information Systems or Business Informatics.
- Location: City Stars HQ.
- Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Computer skills: Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and excel skills.
- Other Technical skills (Preferable): SAP basic knowledge and SQL server basic knowledge.
