Job Description:
- Responsible for performing standard engineering assignments to solve problems and conduct operational studies and researches to optimize the production/ maintenance process and manage the cost of the operations.
Responsiblities:
- Leads and directs the technician’s / operations teams within the shift to comply with the directions of the Engineering team.
- Follows all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Operations and Maintenance to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Monitors system performance and function after accomplishment of any recommended modification, maintenance task or significant events and special assignment.
- Monitors all maintenance faults, malfunctions, defects, deferred defects and other occurrences which could affect the continuing operations.
- Analyses components durability and failure trends and prepare preventive maintenance plans Or analyze process and requirements and prepare operation plans.
- Provides technical guidance and coaching and support for technical or operation teams to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Monitors the operating conditions, identifying and responding appropriately to problems, allocating or escalating them as necessary and monitor and record their rectification.
- Ensures compliances of operations under own supervision with the industry standards and requirements or regulating authorities.
- Train subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Operations and Maintenance unit activity is carried out in an efficient manner
- Experience in Pharma Industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Mechanical is preferable)
