About the job:

As a Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be doing the following activities:
Reception Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and handle caller inquiries, direct calls and take adequate messages, greet, assist and directs visitors and requests to appropriate staff members; to meet visitors with flexibility and professionalism.
- Office support services, receives, direct and relay telephones, pick up and receive emails.
Office Administration Functions:
- Responsible for visa issuing, flights & hotel bookings.
- Car Rental requests.
- Courier delivery & pick up.
- Creating Purchase Orders for various departments.
- Support in maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies such as stationary, cafeteria & cleaning supplies.
- Support in monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.
- Support in managing facilities.

About you:

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

1. Education: Bachelor Degree.
2. Location: Obour Plant.
3. Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
4. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Admin role.
5. Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.
