Job responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing & revision of the annual salary increments file, in accordance with the guidelines & Company policy.
- Assist in profit share file in accordance with the guidelines & company policy & review the yearly bonus for Carrefour employees in compliance with approved Bonus policy.
- Work with the business units to prepare the annual Staff cost Budget.
- Prepare the monthly Staff Cost reports and send them to the business units for analysis.
- Assist in reviewing and modifying compensation policies, salary scales and allowances according to business need.
- Assist in Allowances revision on periodic terms through researches & surveys (Online & Onground).
- Carry out HCMS system activities, and communicate with the business units to resolve any issues.
- Responsible for the Life insurance cases, Work with the CORP HO and the insurance companies to collect the claims.
- Search for new corporate offers; maintain the existing deals.
- Support in the daily operations, upcoming projects preparations & answer inquiries related to C&B..
- Ensure proper implementation and effective communication of all existing Compensation & Benefits policies among all Business Units.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the Human Capital field is a Must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
- Excellent user of MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent analytical skills
