Job Description:
- Act as a focal point with commission team for handling and following up on retail pending issues and problems.
- Project management for all assigned/new project related to retail channel and ensure the success and the completion within the given timeline & budget (i.e.: Corporate Lounge, Q-Net TS… etc.)
- Coordinate and implement retail advertising initiatives and requirements from Marketing.
- Act as a Focal point with concerned teams for all interior branding issues and fulfilling retail requests in addition to Exterior Branding for (MF & Retail)
- IDs creation for DSS & Retail staff.
- Handling Hiring events process (Creating PRs , act as a focal point with the hotels,..)
- Act as a focal point with different departments to perform the unneeded items exercise for all retail stores

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Etisalat Retail
- Good knowledge of retail systems workflows
- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
- Very Good Computer skills
Desirable qualifications and experience:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Advanced MS Excel
- Advanced MS PowerPoint
