Main job duties/responsibilities
:
- Oversees the implementation and monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation, targeting and CRM programs with the focus on driving the sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Creates the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyze and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment.
- Identifies attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team.
- Translates strategic objectives into operational plans.
- Contributes to sales and marketing local strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth.
- Contributes to strategic planning processes by interpreting and communicating key trends and recommendations on business opportunities related to those trends.
- Sets stretching KPIs and objectives for the team and evaluates the performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures a proper utilization of existing analytical tools: Business Review & Growth Drivers dashboards, tableau dashboards, segmentation dashboards, SFDC dashboards.
- Drives change initiatives by ensuring best alignment and structure of the sales force with other business functions in order to facilitate achievement of overall company strategic objectives.
- Support Go To Market design and strategy when required.
- Ensures CRM is utilized as an execution tool of strategy and provides data to indicate the executions capability of the organization.
- Defines the coaching needs of the individuals through CRM data as a source of people’s behavior in organization.
- Provides training to sales force in core operational sales force tools and process.
- Builds organizational development plans to improve performance.
- Creates implementation plans and collaborates closely with CEMA subregional leaders.
- Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.
- Works with subregional leaders on developing territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.
- Works with FPA team on preparing and controlling incentive budgets for a region.

Job qualifications & experience

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics
- Understanding of sales force issues
- Excellence in analysis and modeling tools (market and account segmentations, integrated analytics database and reports automations)
- Flexible processes and problem-solving approaches
- Wisdom about sales force issues
- Working across matrix organization
- Operational Excellence Skills and proven record of statistical process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English fluency is required
- Good knowledge of IT software/systems
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Driven for result
